Education has the responsibility to embrance and empower the student with the help of teacher.educational institution plays a vital role in creating a inclusions? Learning environment that cater to student diverse cultural background 

There are variety of instructions method such as

3) hands on experience

The above idea ensure that every student understand the concept effectively with the help of teacher, educational institution,etc. This providing access to language support services such as language tutors or teacher

Teacher training: teacher should be trained in different ways and provide clear explanation of the concept.So that student understand the concept effectively with the help of teacher.for example a mathematics teacher in new zealand provide clear explanation on the chapter trigonometry with the help of waves. Common knowledge among the surfers is that the 7th wave is strong than others 

Government initiatives: government should enable opportunities to provide the necessary technology and internet connectivity to understand the concept effectively so that they can bridge the gap between rich and poor 

Multilingual resources: government can support the creation of digital textbooks, video lessons and interactive platform like YouTube, vedantu institution etc can provide well understanding methods according to the convenient mode of language for students

Collaboration with communities: government should ensure that education is aligned with the values of needs of different communities. So the student learn the national integration
