Startegies to Teach Students who are Suffering from hearing impairment in online during Pandemic

 Introduction

During pandemic we faced a lot of issue s.Mainly the students with hearing impairment suffered a lot.I am here to suggest the startegies to teach students who are suffering from hearing impairment.


Students who have hearing impairment can make use of the technology such as Hearing Aids.Thier Accessibility are frequently unmet.

Challenges

The first challenge is that the hearing impaired students does not know what the teacher is trying to convey

The next challenge include absence of subtitles or closed caption.


What the statistics Convey ?

The Statistics Conveys that hearing impaired are not available in schools or colleges.These students often remain unsupported.Bring traditional Institution in online through the Use of video or audio.Some students does not request for special assistance 

What Is Captioning ?

Captioning is the efficient method for the hearing impaired student.Captioning is the process of converting audio content.This include speaker identification and sound effects.It is one of the  main Startegies for the hearing impairment students.


Conclusion 

Students with hearing impairment should be provided equal access to the curriculum.No One should be Discriminated.Education is a resource which all the people should use.Failing is that which does not fulfill this purpose.
