 The Covid - 19 pandemic has caused dramatic shifts in school leadership and administrative practices. Overnight classrooms were emptied, students were sent home to take part in online education. school leaders and administrators had to adopt to the new online Infrastructure.

CHALLENGES FACED BY SCHOOLS DURING COVID - 19 PANDEMIC

The Covid - 19 pandemic has caused numerous challenges to schools all over the world. One of the biggest hurdle is a sudden shift from traditional learning to digital learning. School had to adopt to the online infrastructure to engage students remotely. Teachers had to learn the new Technology and Instructional methods to deliver lessons effectively. Challenges were vast but schools have shown their resilience and creativity in  addressing them.

LEARNING STRATERGIES FOR TRANSTIONING TO REMOTE LEARNING 

As schools transitioning to remote learning , effective learning have been crucial for success. They had to priortize clear communication with students, teachers and parents. Additionally, they have to engage students remotely.

MANAGING SCHOOLS ADMINISTRATIVE AND EXPECTIONS

Schools have faced challenges by managing administrative and expections of remote learning environment. Additionally they had to develop the new protocols on attendence tracking, grading, etc across others resources.

SUPPORTING STUDENTS AND TEACHERS DURING REMOTE LEARNING

Supporting students and teachers during remote learning is the top priority for school leaders and administrators. They have been worked tirelessly to improve students education and motivate them.
