The covid-19 changed unprecedented challenges to education systems. Schools are closed due to covid-19 spreading and online classes becoming the new norm. Teachers had to adapt quickly to ensure students continued to receive quality education.

THE RISE OF TECHNOLOGY ENABLED TEACHER EVALUATION:-

Before the covid-19 pandemic teachers had to have face to face session with students, after pandemic, schools are transferred to online classes. There are some key ways where technology played a major role.

1. REMOTE OBSERVATION:-

Video conferencing like zoom and google meet became most used as education platform ,making it possibile to maintain the education process from a distance.

2. DATA ANALYSTICS:-

 Advanced data analytics tools enabled schools to gather and analyse large amounts of performance data .
