COVID has impacted heavily on education and mainly in doing collaborative work and group work . Here are few strategies to enhance communication and team work in virtual scenario. 

Strategies to implement team work:

In the beginning of the academic year the teacher should have a clear idea about what collaborative work that student have to do in online environment. This increase the productivity of students and reduce the isolation of students. 

Video projects :

Encouraging students to do video projects such as book trailer, recreating a moment in history, and spot video and so on. This will increase the student talent in presenting the video.

Objectives:

Establishing practical objectives in reasonable activities in which. learned skill outcomes. 

Tools for collaborative learning:

There are many tools in online like walket ,padlet, diggoo ,symbollo and so on. This help to share the content after adequate research. 

Nettiquette:

The nettiquette guidelines will guide you in same way. 

Time allotment:

One complaint from learners side the time alloted for completing the activity is less. So teachers have to put an agenda to all activity they are giving. 

Paying games:

Playing games will get students warmed up. Cooperative games increase collaboration of students.
